Our clinics are for girls in grades 5 through 12. Each session will be approximately 1 to 1-1/2  hours in length and players are separated by skill level- beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each session is limited to only 12 players, to keep the player to coach ratio low.  Our focus is on - footwork, ball handling, shooting, & scoring (attacking the rim). 

Clinics will begin Saturday November 5th, at Live Oak Jr High, and will continue  on 12th & 19th. The December schedule will be Saturday the 3rd, 10th & 17th. A discussion with the parents will determine the availability of clinics on November 26th. 

• Session 1- Beginners 8:30-10:00 am 
• Session 2- Intermediates 10:00-11:30 am 
• Session 3- Intermediate to advanced 11:30am-1:00pm
• Additional sessions will be added if needed

The cost is only $90 per month with a two month subscription.

The 2024 High School Tryouts REGISTRATION is closed.

These Tryouts will be for all girls currently in grades 8 through 11 . Each session will last about 2-1/2 to 3 hours. The cost of the registration is $50 (this covers insurance and practice jersey).

TRYOUTS 2025 WILL BEGIN JANUARY 11, 2025

Phase I of Tryouts are scheduled to begin Jan 11th, 2025. Phase I will only last for 3 or 4 sessions January.  The Final phase will begin either February 1ST and it should only last two weekends.

The 2025 Junior High & Middle School Tryouts are for all girls currently in grades 4 through 8 ( Some 8th grade girls may be asked to tryout at the HS level as well).

There will be 3-5 sessions and it is to your daughters advantage to make every session. Each session is progressive in nature and will last  2 to 3-1/2 hours. The cost of the registration is $50 (this the cost of insurance and practice jersey).

FALL BALL 2024  Registration is closed. See you next Fall. Tentative start date is August 9th 2025

Our Fall Ball league is a fast paced, eleven week, "weekend only" league for girls in grades 5 through 8. This league designed to improve a players Basketball IQ  while preparing them for the upcoming JR High/Middle School basketball season.

In our "Camp" atmosphere we teach them "How to Play" not plays.  Each players will receive six (6), 1-1/2 hour sessions of position based clinics, eighteen (18) 2 hour team practices, and will play in a minimum of 10 games. There are NO TRYOUTS everyone gets to play.
